Welcome to Bubby, offered by Bee Nice Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bubby platform, our website located at www.bubby.nicejewish.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Bubby, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Bubby is an AI-powered platform offering personalized conversations, support, and companionship, based on the information you provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bubby. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access Bubby, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Bubby operates on a subscription basis. You may choose between:
- Monthly subscription: $9.99/month
- Annual subscription: $99.99/year
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Bubby until the end of your current billing period.
Please note:
All subscription payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the billing period.
6. Code of Conduct
We want Bubby to be a safe and positive experience for everyone.
By using Bubby, you agree:
- To interact respectfully with Bubby and other users.
- Not to use Bubby to harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate anyone.
- Not to use Bubby for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- To use Bubby for personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless otherwise authorized).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violating this Code of Conduct.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Modifications to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue Bubby or any part of the Service at any time, without liability.
We will do our best to notify you of any major changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
While Bubby aims to provide helpful and supportive conversations, Bubby is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or lawyer.
The Service is intended for informational and emotional support purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Nice Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bubby.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
